The Darkside Cinema

Located on Fourth Street between Madison and Jefferson, The Darkside Cinema is open every night, showing the best in art, independent, and foreign films. Come experience the friendly, casual atmosphere, cheap snack bar, and low admission prices. With four intimate auditoriums, three with 35mm projection and two with digital projection, the Darkside shows the best films in town. The theater is available for private parties, film festivals, and meetings. To learn more, visit darksidecinema.com.

Corvallis School District Theaters

Corvallis School District Theaters has a number of performance spaces available for rent to groups and individuals. The Auditorium at Crecent Valley High school (480 seats), the Black Box Theater at Corvallis High School (92 seats), and the state-of-the art Main Stage Theater at CHS (620 seats) where such groups as Arlo Guthrie, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, and the Kingston Trio have performed.

The calendar is quite busy in all of the spaces with all of the school performing arts programs at both high schools, but we are always interested in helping the public find a venue for their event! Check out our website at www.CorvallisTheaters.com or contact the Manager of District Theaters, Elizabeth Wyatt, at 541-750-7990 for rental, show information, or general questions.

Bag and Baggage Productions

Scott Palmer’s Bag and Baggage Productions is a Hillsboro-based professional live theatre for residents of Washington County and beyond! Hillsboro’s only professional theatre, presenting classics, adaptations and fresh new looks at the world’s greatest dramas and comedies.

The company established its mid-valley reputation last year with a rollicking performance of The Complete Works of William Shakespeare: Reduced. Locally, Palmer directed OSU’s Bard in the Quad series, which presented Romeo & Juliet in 2006, Much Ado About Nothing in 2007 and A Midsummer Night’s Dream in 2008.

Geologie

Geologie is a design firm with offices in Portland and Corvallis, specializing in web design, web applications, print design, branding and identity. Geologie artists and programmers designed and built this website. Willamette STAGE Company thanks the Geologie management and staff for helping provide us with this great new way of keeping our audience informed and involved.
